RMA and Return Policy

RMA / Return Policy:
XAGYL Communications is a reseller of manufactured products and is bound by the warranty policy of its suppliers.  As such, XAGYL Communications passes through all warranties issued by the manufacturers. XAGYL Communications makes no warranties on any products or goods it does not manufacture.
 
All claims and returns must be accompanied by an RMA form (with all fields complete) and a copy of the original order. No goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number.  Products must be returned to XAGYL Communications within 10 business days following the assignment of an RMA number or the Return Authorization will be void.
 
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Returns: To qualify as DOA, a product must be returned within 7 days of order receipt with all of its original packaging and without any evidence of mishandling. Only DOA products may merit advanced replacements and be eligible to bypass the manufacturer's RMA process.
 
Defective Product Returns: To qualify as Defective, a product must be returned within the manufacturer's warranty period. Defective products may be repaired or replaced for other same inventory items, as determined by the manufacturer. Please note that electrical damage due to power surge, lightning or incorrect power supply is NOT covered by warranties. Items sent for RMA that are determined to be fully functional may be subject to surcharges by the manufacturer or by XAGYL Communications.
 
All Other Returns: Only unused or unopened items may be returned within 7 days of order receipt. A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply unless determined to be a shipment error on our part.
 
Advanced Replacements: Advanced replacement for DOA products can be requested by checking the appropriate box on the RMA Form and completing the RMA Credit Card Authorization form below. The credit card will only be charged if the original product listed on the RMA Form is not returned or the Manufacturer deems the product is not covered under warranty. We will not ship advanced replacements without the completed authorization form.
 
No cash or checks will be issued under any circumstances, only in-store credits. All returned material must have adequate protection in packaging and it is suggested to use a trackable method of shipping. Initial transportation charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
